Regional Operations Director (Remote)

Mission
Oversee day-to-day regional operations across multiple markets, ensuring smooth order flow, compliance, financial performance, and customer satisfaction within the powersports industry.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain standardized operating procedures for order fulfillment, titles and MSO processing, warranty handling, recalls, and delivery operations.
Monitor and improve KPIs including order fulfillment time, inventory aging, on-time shipping, warranty claim recovery, and customer satisfaction scores.
Manage vendor, carrier, and service provider relationships to ensure service level compliance and cost control.
Lead regional audits to ensure accuracy in documentation, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance.
Oversee budget planning and financial forecasting to align with company growth and profitability targets.
Coach and mentor regional teams, ensuring operational consistency nationwide.

Standard Operating Procedures
Daily: Review operational dashboards for delays, exceptions, or warranty issues. Approve queue coverage allocations for customer service, order verification, and documentation. Resolve supply chain and logistics blockers.
Weekly: Review regional scorecards for inventory aging, fulfillment metrics, warranty performance, and service times. Meet with key partners to address recalls, parts shortages, and delivery performance. Implement continuous improvement initiatives for processes.
Monthly/Quarterly: Conduct operational forecasting and capacity planning. Audit compliance on title accuracy, tax rules, and shipping regulations. Lead performance reviews and safety procedure refreshers.

Tools Commonly Used
Order management systems, inventory management systems, business intelligence dashboards, communication and ticketing platforms.

Qualifications
8–10+ years of experience in multi-site operations, logistics, or dealership management.
In-depth understanding of powersports operational workflows including warranty, PDI, recalls, and shipping.
Strong analytical and leadership skills.

Compensation (Nationwide)
Base Salary: $120,000 – $170,000
Bonus Target: 15–25% of base
Equity or additional incentives may apply.

 

Sales Executive (Remote)

Mission
Drive sales growth through inbound and outbound channels, providing exceptional customer experiences from initial contact through delivery and follow-up.

Key Responsibilities
Manage leads from digital platforms, chat, and referrals.
Conduct virtual consultations to match customers with units and accessory packages.
Coordinate with documentation, finance, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order processing.
Maintain CRM accuracy and deliver reliable sales forecasts.
Drive margin growth through strategic upselling and cross-selling.
Monitor market pricing trends and provide feedback to leadership.

Standard Operating Procedures
Daily: Make 60–80 prospect and customer touches across phone, email, and chat. Respond to all new leads within 24 hours. Prepare quotes and financing pre-approvals.
Weekly: Review pipeline metrics and conversion rates. Refine offers and promotions based on performance.
Monthly: Refresh territory plans and sales forecasts. Evaluate pricing strategy and promotions.

Tools Commonly Used
CRM systems, quoting and e-signature platforms, communication software, inventory visibility tools.

Qualifications
3–5+ years of experience in sales within powersports, automotive, or related industries.
Strong digital communication and consultative selling skills.
Familiarity with financing and trade-in processes.

Compensation (Nationwide)
On-Target Earnings: $75,000 – $110,000
Base Salary: $45,000 – $65,000
Commission: uncapped potential with accelerators for top performance.

 

 

Customer Care Coordinator (Remote)

Mission
Serve as the first point of contact for riders and dealers. Provide accurate, efficient, and empathetic support throughout the ownership and delivery process.

Key Responsibilities
Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
Handle order status questions, shipping updates, delivery coordination, warranty requests, and return processing.
Document all customer interactions accurately.
Triage complex issues to service, logistics, or finance teams.
Identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements.

Standard Operating Procedures
Daily: Triage support queues based on urgency with warranty and safety issues prioritized. Use standardized responses and documentation protocols. Resolve customer cases within SLA targets.
Weekly: Review top issues and update knowledge base articles. Escalate process gaps and shipping exceptions to operations.
Monthly: Produce reports on top ticket drivers and recommend solutions. Conduct quality reviews and coaching.

Tools Commonly Used
Customer support platforms, order and inventory systems, knowledge base tools, communication platforms.

Qualifications
2–4+ years in customer support, ideally in powersports, automotive, or logistics.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Comfort with order tracking, VIN/title documentation, and problem-solving.

Compensation (Nationwide)
Base Salary: $45,000 – $60,000 annually
Hourly Equivalent: $21.50 – $28.85/hr
Bonuses: performance-based tied to customer satisfaction and resolution metrics.
