Do you offer military discounts?

I’ve misplaced my MCO, can you send a replacement?

  • Yes! We’ll need to verify the VIN number on your model prior to issuing a new MCO. This can be located on the metal plate on your vehicle easily.

How will I receive my Bill of Sale?

  • Bills of Sale are not sent with the vehicle. They are sent separately via USPS and will arrive from “Family Funsports MCO Department”.

How will I know what date / time my shipment will arrive?

  • Each vehicle shipment arrives LTL Freight (LTL = Less Than Load). We ship your unit LTL with liftgate to your business or home. The carrier we contract with to provide this service is issued your phone number and each delivery has instructions to schedule an appointment directly with you with a mutually agreeable delivery. An adult 18 years or older needs to be present at the time of delivery.

What do I need at the time of delivery?

  • We highly recommend a box cutter at the time of delivery. You’ll cut the straps and simply lift the corrugated protective cover up to expose an open frame crate. After doing this, take a 360 degree inspection of the arrival condition of the shipment prior to signing. If you are satisfied with the condition your shipment arrived, simply sign the paperwork that the driver issues. If you are NOT satisfied with the condition of the vehicle, take photos of any shipping damage and reject the delivery. Questions? Please contact us at logistics@familyfunsports.com

  • Parts and accessories ship via UPS or FedEx separately from any vehicle purchases.

Do you have showrooms available so I can see the unit prior to purchase?

  • Yes! We offer showrooms in Indiana and California. The remaining locations are warehouses only and not open to the public.
